1. What will be covered?

We will cover your TV/SKY/TV & SKY depending on your policy against accidental damage and breakdowns include electrical and mechanical faults.

2. Why do I need DCP cover?

It can become exceedingly expensive to repair your appliances be it TV or Sky box, and on many occasions faults may not even be possible to resolve. By deciding to purchase a DCP cover plan you can relax knowing that you will receive a service from our elite team, no surprise bills and full technical support 363 days a year.

3. What is the difference between an extended warranty and a DCP Insurance policy?

Most extended warranty insurance covers you for electrical faults when your original manufacturer’s policy ends. However, should you damage your TV accidentally and damage the screen or components inside, you may not be covered by other companies. A DCP policy will cover you against accidental, electrical or mechanical faults saving you hundreds in repair costs.

4. Are there any additional charges should I make a claim?

No. we do not charge an excess, unlike most of our competitors, we believe that your cover should protect your wallet as well as your appliances.

5. How can I get covered?

6. How can I pay for my cover?

You can make payments from your credit/debit card or via direct debit, once we have received your payment your policy will begin with immediate affect.

7. How do I make a claim?

Should you have a claim to make you have the option of either giving us a call directly or simply by filling in our online claims form and someone from the Claims department will get in touch with you within 24hours (workdays) or 48hours (after 4pm Saturdays).

8. What do I do if I am not happy?

We are sorry to hear you are not happy, especially as we strive to offer the best service possible for our customers satisfaction. Let’s get this resolved. 1. Whose products do we offer?

We only offer products from a single insurer.

2. Which service will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

3. What will you have to pay us for our services?

No fee. You will receive a copy of our Terms & Conditions which will tell you about any other fees you may be charged.

4. Who regulates us?

Digital Care Partnership LTD is an Appointed Representative of European Speciality Risks Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Firm Reference Number 565023. European Speciality Risks Limited’s permitted business is arranging general insurance contracts.

5. What to do if you have a complaint

If our final response to your complaint does not meet with your satisfaction you may complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

6. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

Digital Care Limited, European Speciality Risks Limited and Elite Insurance Company Limited are covered by the FSCS. You will be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we, European Speciality Risks Limited or Elite Insurance Company Limited cannot meet our obligations under this Insurance contract.

Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
